CLASS ADVISORS DETAIL

A class advisor facilitates students and may be contacted if students face issues related to:

1. Students Facilitation: Students may receive their University Identity, enrollment and admit cards from their respective class advisors during semester.
2. Timetable: A class advisor prepares time table for the class (theory/practical).
3. Arrangement of Regular & Extra Classes: Class advisor ensures that classes are held regularly and that extra classes are also arranged whenever required.
4. Student’s Feedback: Class advisor ensures that during the 14th and 15th week of Semester, online student feedback is to be filled by all the students.
5. Conduct of Exams Conductance: A class advisor may also be assigned the responsibility of Factotum during examinations –this includes helping the Chairman in assigning responsibilities of invigilation to faculty members, receiving question papers, script sheets and other related documents from representatives of Controller of Examinations - and most important of all peaceful conduct of examinations.
